SHIP TIME

We strive to keep every bag, in every color, in every size in stock and ready to ship the same or next day. 

Each of our bags are made one at time, which means sometimes immediate shipment isn’t always possible. If that happens to be the case it may take a few extra days for the bag to finish production and be on its way to you.

If you would like to discuss product availability or if exact timing of delivery is of particular importance due to travel, gifting, etc., please reach out to us.

US SHIPPING

Items shipped in the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you have provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders, have the choice of either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

*Tracking is only guaranteed to the US border. Not all postal service providers outside the US follow the USPS tracking guidelines.*

LOST OR STOLEN + CUSTOMS FEES

Lost, undeliverable, or stolen packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Duty, VAT charges and customs fees are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Weatherized Packing

If there is a chance your package may be left exposed to the elements upon delivery please leave a note with your order and we will be sure to package accordingly.
