Return Policy: We gladly issue refunds for new, unused items within 7 days of the item being received. For limited, sale & promotional items we do not issue refunds, only store credit as long as it's in the return time window. Please note - sale and limited leathers will be found throughout the website and not only on the individual collection pages. The item should not have been used in any way, been exposed to perfume or smoke, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Custom bags are final sale. 

1. When form is submitted please download & print your responses. Include completed authorization form with your return package. *please note it will state 'on' where you confirm all requirements. 

2. Ship immediately, must be received within 10 days after receiving the authorized return request.

    a. Please ship your product in container in which it was received (as long as not damaged).

    b. We do not refund shipping costs for returns.

3. Once received and reviewed you will be issued a refund (note we do not refund shipping costs for returns). If returning a sale item, limited, or promotional items you will receive store credit.

4. Please note it will take 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

*returns will not be processed without a return authorization included, or if the item did not follow the policy.
