After checking out, when ready to place a custom design with the vault fabric you have two options:
- online customizer, choose the 'vault option' and enter your order number.
- phone in custom by calling a design specialist at 207.808.5042 ext 1 or 2.
Due to limited amounts available for each vault lining, cut swatches are unavailable for purchase or photos. Please see suggested details for recommended pairings.
Please note the production time will be 10 - 16 weeks for custom orders. We ask that all vault orders be used within 6 months of purchase.
If you do decide to transfer this vault fabric to another client for a custom design please note both yourself and the person who will be using it. We ask for an email to be sent to service@roughandtumbledesign.com so the team can track the transfer. This process can only take place one time in an effort to track it properly and have the fabric available for the accurate client.
