* We ask that vault fabrics be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
Vault linings can now be used on select website styles. Under the 'add-ons' section, include your vault order number. *Please note: using a vault lining will make the bag a final sale item moving it into the custom order production timeframe.
Size of vault lining purchased must match size of bag ordered. Only one sectioned fabric can be used per bag and cannot be split between smaller bags.
* XL marsden/traveler & under size vaults cannot be used on flaps.
*Textile and nylon zipper will be best matched.
The charge for the XL marsden/Traveler & under size vault is $50.
The charge for the XL bag & under size vault is $75.

After checking out, when ready to place a custom design with the vault fabric you have three options:
-on select website styles by selecting 'add ons' and adding in your vault order number. *vaults cannot be used on 'last ones', 'just ones', or sale bags.
- online customizer, choose the 'vault option' and enter your order number.
- phone in custom by calling a design specialist at 207.808.5042 ext 1 or 2
Please note the production time will be 12 - 16 weeks for custom orders.
If you do decide to transfer this vault fabric to another client for a custom design please note both yourself and the person who will be using it. We ask for an email to be sent to service@roughandtumbledesign.com so the team can track the transfer. This process can only take place one time in an effort to track it properly and have the fabric available for the accurate client.
