Love this bag!

This is my 2nd multi-pocket 1904 and I adore it. I bought the olive waxed canvas and urchin leather flap and it's really beautiful. My photos don't do it justice. It's perfect for an everyday bag. Easy to organize everything and can be carried multiple ways. Will last for years.

Theoretically convenient

This is an very okay bag. I was sold by it's convertible-ness.This bag is theoretically convenient because it's a "convertible". However, in practice, when you try to put it on as a backpack, the back goes on lopsided because the straps aren't stabilized in the middle so it takes a while to shift into the right position. The bag itself is floppy, so it will not stand on its own unless you load it with stuff. Both the canvas and leather feel thin...I am not sure how long this will last. Only time will tell.

Love this 1904 Pack

I wasn't sure if I would really like this bag from the photos but I absolutely adore it! The waxed canvas is so pliable and the workmanship is impeccable. I wanted something sturdy and stylish for every day casual use that I could also carry for light hiking trips. This does the trick. I got the tobasco color which is a medium-dark red and the tusk leather straps make a perfect combination. The bag itself is surprising light, and all the pockets allow me to put everything I need and more inside. I will enjoy this 1904 Pack for many years to come.
